What happens with my information after a reservation?

We will use your data for shipping and payment. After a certain date your data will be deleted.
If you are a Newsletter subscriber, You can unsubscribe whenever you want and your email address will be deleted immediately. 

I did not receive any booking confirmation. Was the purchase successful?

We ask that you check your Spam folder. Sometimes emails received from unknown addresses are put there. If you do not find anything, it may be that you misspelled your address. Please contact us and email us again. We will get back to you in the next few business days.

How can you purchase on the site?

The accepted payment methods are bank transfer and credit card. 

What are shipping costs?

Prints are shipped by national couriers and the cost is calculated according to the volume of the finished product (including packaging) and the delivery address. The total will be automatically quantified at the time of order confirmation. 

Can I send the prints to another address?

Certainly yes! If you would like to make a gift or send the painting to another address of yours, you can indicate this when confirming the delivery address. No additional cost will be charged. In any case, delivery requires the presence of the Customer or his/her representative at the address indicated in the order.

How long should I wait before I receive the artwork I ordered?

The estimated delivery time is indicated on each product page.
