Welcome to the official shop of the artist Nicola Pucci (“We”, “the Site”, “the Artist”). This document sets out the terms and conditions of sale for the products offered through the artist’s official website. By placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
Products Offered
Our e-commerce offers two types of fine art prints reproducing original paintings by Nicola Pucci:
Signed: fine art print hand-signed by the artist.
Handworked: print hand-signed, manually enriched with brush and spatula, produced in a limited edition and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be carefully prepared. After shipping, a tracking number will be provided to monitor delivery status.
Payment
All prices are listed in [EUR/USD] and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Payments can be made using the available methods at checkout, including credit cards, PayPal, and other secure electronic payment systems.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Credit Card via PayPal system
- PayPal system
- Bank Transfer
The transmission of payment information is secured by the highest safety standards and guaranteed by PayPal.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order will be processed only after the payment has been credited to the seller’s account. Payment must be made within 5 business days from the order confirmation. After this period, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
Products will be shipped only after payment authorization is confirmed or once the total amount due has been credited.

Orders and Confirmations
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the purchase details. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order, but only an acknowledgment of receipt.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to reasons such as limited availability, pricing or product description errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Production and Shipping
Production Time: Prints are made to order. For Handworked Prints, due to the personalized hand-painted elements, production times are longer. All information is available on the dedicated page: https://shop.nicolapucci.com/shipments/
Shipping: We ship worldwide via selected couriers. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. All shipments are trackable.
Customs and Duties: Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for customized products
According to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized.
All products sold on this site, including made-to-order fine art prints (with size selection, limited edition status, artist’s signature, or other specifications), are considered customized goods. Therefore, it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal once the order has been confirmed.
Customers are kindly asked to carefully review all product specifications before completing the purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, texts, graphics, and products, is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Nicola Pucci. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
While we are committed to providing an excellent shopping experience, we are not liable for delays, shipping errors, or damages resulting from force majeure or events beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and contact us at info@nicolapucci.com. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Palermo.
